Awful. Ordered an item that never arrived. I reached out for an update at least three times with no response until finally finding their Facebook profile a month later and messaged them there. A day or two later I was told the item isn’t in stock even though my order had been listed as in-transit. I requested a refund which, to their credit, did arrive the following day. Never again.
