This review is in reference to my order of 3 Every Time I Die Lps. The record “From Parts Unknown” has a defective loop in the pressing that almost all reviews I’ve seen online seem to have. I reached out and was told it would be replaced in 2 weeks. That was almost a month ago and I’ve reached back out and have not received a reply. Disappointed you guys are shipping out lps that are clearly defective and then not following up with people about solving the issue seems shady. Ive spent a lot of money with you guys over the years.
