I ordered a vinyl record that included a free MP3 download. The digital download link did not work and I had to reach out to get a new one. The record was shipped on February 10 and I didn't receive it until March 5. It was clearly the USPS' fault but still part of the experience. The record I received sounds extremely scratchy and full of static. I've tested against other records and it's the only one with that problem. Pretty disappointed as I really love the record and would love to listen to it on vinyl but the sound is awful. Pretty disappointed.
