Shipping of the items is great. My only request is that digital files of the whole album are sent on the day the album comes out. Currently, if I preorder an album, I get the single(s) at the time of purchase emailed to me, but I don't get the full album emailed upon release. I have had to send an email myself, which isn't a huge issue, it would just be easier if it was automatic.
