Happy with the item I received, but I also ordered the Jane Doe Sherpa, which was not shipped (because it somehow sold out AFTER I purchased it). I was charged full price and while I was refunded accordingly, this is the second time that I've ordered the Sherpa and it has been "sold out" despite being available for purchase on the site. Kind of lame; appreciated the refund though
