Quality of merch is fine. Delivery is questionable. I get pre orders just garantee the purchase, however I also believe they should show up on time, not a week or more after release date. I have had this issue a couple of times through here. Pre ordered 1349 from a different distributer, got it one or two days early. Tthat is great service.
