Ugh! I sent an email on Sunday that the ornament I purchased arrived broken...it is now Tuesday. I asked how to return it for a new one. I enclosed a photo too. Never heard back. Now you want me to review it?! I’d really like the item I purchased for a gift!! Giving 3 stars bc I have ordered before and love your merch, but oy, this is disappointing.
