Order 1089799. I was sent the wrong item in my order. I tried calling to speak to someone and a recording stated I needed to complete an online form, there was no option allowing me to speak to a person. I completed the online form yesterday, but have no idea if Kings Road even received it since I didn't get an email confirmation after I submitted the online form. Needless to say, I haven't been contacted other than an email asking me to submit this review.
