Disappointing service.
I was told the one one item was no longer in stock so I would be refunded. I quickly replied asking not to be refunded but rather wait until the item becomes available or have the item replaced (I'm paying international shipping so it makes no sense to ship only one or two items). I received a reply a day later, which totally ignored my request, saying I've been refunded.
