it took two weeks to dispatch the order (understandable due to black friday, but still). however when the order had finally shipped we received an email to say that one of the hats was out of stock and we were going to be refunded. we wanted TWO and would have asked for two of the same colour, or a different design. this was a poor choice and we should definitely should have been given an option.
