I'm disappointed with how my order went. I purchased something from Rise Against on the second of December for my brother as a Christmas present. After almost two weeks of waiting and trying to figure out where my order was, and why it wasn't shipping, I received an email that the item was no longer in stock. Although I would be reimbursed, I did not get the item that was supposedly available. This was something we were both looking forward to, and now he will not be getting what he wanted most for Christmas. If the item was out of stock, it should have notified me before I made any purchase at all. I am unhappy.
