the jacket was fine but everything dealing with getting it shipped was very frustrating. First, the site crashed right at check out, the I never received a shipping confirmation or #, I messaged twice about and the second time it arrived on that day. I have never had such poor communication with a site. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the jacked did arrive and did not have any issus with it.
