I was very disappointed with the process of my transaction. I could see that my order was confirmed in your system but had not shipped in over a week. When I asked about it and finally received tracking (note: ordered on 12/07 but did not “ship” until 12/17) for one of my two items, I also a received an email saying that the sunglasses I’d ordered were out of stock and not available. If I would have known this when I’d placed my order, I wouldn’t have ordered and paid the $15 shipping chargers for a $15 license plate (which was only an add on to my sunglass purchase). I would have cancelled and/or changed my order from the beginning but I never had the opportunity to do that. The sunglasses were why I’d placed my order in the first place. I feel like I deserve to have the freight chargers credited back fully or at least partially. I hope we can continue to do business together but if you cannot in some way help with this matter, I will not be ordering through this website again in the future.
