The shirt and record I purchased for my son are amazing. He's so happy with them. However, I'm not happy with the 3 limit download on the album. The instructions with a failure are misleading. They state that you will get help only to tell you to try again. We did get it downloaded, but it took a very long time and we have excellent internet service and a great router. It took my fiance, who high up in IT for a midsized healthcare nonprofit, to get it done. In the future I think I'll purchase music elsewhere.
