Legitimately KRM is the company I most dread having to order from. But they have a monopoly on Alkaline Trio merch, so if my favorite band releases new music, I have no other option than to buy it here. Not even having Media Mail as a shipping option is criminal. Charging damn near $20 to ship a couple 7"s, knowing the customer has no recourse, is flat out exploitation. I hate that the only way I can keep my collection complete is by giving you my money. I hate it.
