Purchased 100$ of Steam Gift Cards. Turns out they didn't work (had already been used). Merchant unresponsive to complaint. Kinguin Support have now made me wait 100 Hours (despite saying it would be resolved in 24 hours each day), they have made me take multiple screenshots, and have even tried to make me get information from Steam that legally I am not entitled to.
They dont want to refund you. They want to rob you. Waste of time Company who care more about their Third Party Contracts than their Customers.
