Purchased a £45 key for a Switch game that turned out to be invalid.
Requested a refund to my original payment method and they made me contact Nintendo Support myself in order to validate if the key is infact invalid.
Whilst mid enquiry with Nintendo they randomly refunded me the money as a Kinguin giftcard, despite reassuring me that I will get a refund.
I’m now in the process of fighting to get my money back into my original payment method.
