We booked a taxi and was told it would be 45 minutes. We were still waiting an hour and 45 minutes later. I missed the time I was supposed to take my medication which made me very ill when I eventually arrived home. When my husband phoned to see where the taxi was they’d sent it to the wrong place. We were told to look out for a green car, a mini bus arrived. The taxi driver had a right attitude when we complained that we were expecting a green car. He kept going on about people complaining about them being 10 minutes late when they’re all drugged up or drunk. We became very uncomfortable and felt that he was implying that we were drunk or drugged up. If I wasn’t disabled we would have been quicker to walk home. We will stick with Uber from now on.
