Used kirby to and from east midlands airport. Going to the airport the taxi was on time and the driver was pleasant and chatty. On our return journey i was a bit anxious as ive never had a taxi pick up on return journey ( always had family pick us up) Our flight was delayed by an hour but i need not have worried as the driver rang me when i was just coming through passport control, he asked me to ring him back when i exit the airport which i did and he loaded our luggage and off we went home. Would use Kirby cars agin
