I bought a small bag of "Kiss My Keto" butter cookies for my granddaughter at Walmart. After eating a few she said they were yucky... So I tried them. At first it tastes bland like there is no salt in them. But then you bite into crunchy lumps of what tastes like pure salt. Yuck!!! My granddaughter had dumped the remaining cookies in the trash. And needed a drink to help get rid of the taste. I emailed Kiss My Keto and after several days of runaround they said to go to Walmart to get a refund. Walmart would not refund because they said it can't do a return on an empty bag. I did have the receipt, but that didn't matter. Walmart said it's up to Kiss My Keto to make it right on their defective product. So back to emailing Kiss My Keto... Well they said since I didn't buy it through them they couldn't give me a refund. Never offered anything at all... Just sorry we can't help. After reading the comments here it is obvious they don't back up their products even if you do buy from them... I will not buy another product of theirs! There is no customer service...
