I just love Kiss My Keto's products. Their Keto Creamer/MCT Oil Powder provides me with MCT's and is deliciously creamy in my morning coffee. Their Brain Fuel MCT Oil has 99% C8's (the best) and I use it along with olive oil on my veggies, in smoothies and more. Great informative videos on their website too.
