Third time ordering Exogenous Ketones. I can’t quite keep myself in perfect ketosis but am able to get there with this. I have lost 20 pounds with pretty strict Keto and intermittent fasting. From a size 12 to an 8 so far!!! I am very happy with this product. I have tried for years to lose weight... excellent diet and exercise. This helped me past the plateau.
