I purchased the unflavored ketones and the keto creamer.
I purchased the unflavored ketones because I read most stevia has a lot of additives and for digested well by the body. It tastes pretty bad but I like that it makes me pay for cheating and gets me back to ketosis. I hope to not have to use it much at all but good to have in your corner.
The creamer is awesome, tastes like any other powder creamer, the buttery was okay but I love the creamer. I can use it instead of coconut oil in my shakes.
