They gave some great products but their customer service is so poor I have decided not to order from them anymore. They often send emails or texts saying the product was delivered when it has not. When I call or email them about it they tell me I have to track it and call the carrier. They take no responsibility. They often do not get back if there is a question. And when they do, their attitude is poor.
