Outstanding professionalism and Service
I ordered cabinet handles and the wrong ones were send. I was very cross as needed my kitchen finished for a party that was arranged for the Friday (wrong handles arrived Wednesday). I emailed informing Kitchenfair of the error and my situation. I received a response and a total resolution within the hour. My correct handles arrived Thursday and I was given a full refund which I didn't expect. Outstanding professionalism and service. Thank you.
