“The initial service was good and Although there was a minor issue with the delivery (one short) but I cannot fault the service to rectify. After contact, despatched and arrived the next day. Product was excellent quality and the price was way way cheaper than anything else comparable I could find online. Overall excellent.”

“Bought the Ninka Kitchen carousel after seeing it online. Everything from placing the order to delivery was as easy as possible, and as expected, no hicups or issues. Product quality was as expected and fitted with relative ease too. I would recommend both Ninka products and Kitchenfair. I did not need to contact them for any reason so cannot comment on customer service, but digital experience was good.”

“I contacted Kitchenfair after searching for a replacement in cupboard waste bin. Their website was clear and had detailed information that allowed me to find the correct item. They had the exact model that I was looking for, so bought it immediately. The price was good. I received the replacement bin within a couple of days and so was very happy.”
