We ordered a kitchen tap specifically for our low pressure supply. The tap looked great and was delivered promptly. When the tap was fitted the hot water flow was poor. We spoke to KFD's excellent customer service team, sent them videos of the problem and they contacted the supplier. We received alternative aerators soon after and the water flow is better. Very pleased.
