“Fantastic company to deal with. Both collection and delivery services are wonderful. Hamad is extremely knowledgeable on Kitchen Fittings Direct products. Answered all my questions in a pleasant and efficient manner. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Followed up a specific query with a promt email. Cannot recommend both Hamad and Kitchen Fittings Direct highly enough. Will definitely use this company for future purchases.”

“I'm very pleased with the pair of Innostor Plus Blind Corner Optimisers purchased from Kitchen Fittings Direct. The speed of delivery from Dublin to UK was super fast, communication was exceptional and the price including postage was considerably cheaper than from UK sellers. I can highly recommend them to UK buyers looking for a good deal.”

“I took delivery today of three of the 'KITCHEN WICKER BASKET WITH FRONT HANDLE'. The colour of the baskets are very light rather than the deeper honey tones shown on the website. The basket weave itself has quite long ends sticking out which are brittle and sharp. My expectations were based on professional gallery images. Reality is often a bit of a let down I guess. Haven't fitted them yet...fingers crossed for a straight forward experience! Oh, and delivery was quick by the way.”

“We ordered a kitchen tap specifically for our low pressure supply. The tap looked great and was delivered promptly. When the tap was fitted the hot water flow was poor. We spoke to KFD's excellent customer service team, sent them videos of the problem and they contacted the supplier. We received alternative aerators soon after and the water flow is better. Very pleased.”

“I had some doubts about the installation of the baskets that I wished to install inside my cupboard and contacted the company with my queries and to which I received a very prompt answer from Hamad putting my doubts at rest who was a great help. The retractable basket units were very good quality and very good value for money, they are made of substantial material and easy to fit so completed in a couple of hours with a very fast delivery time. Great customer service and an item that works superbly.”

“Spent a while looking into where to buy pull out metal drawers for my kitchen cupboards and settled on Kitchen fittings direct, the whole process from order to delivery was superb and I am delighted with the sturdy quality and how robust the drawers are,easy to fit could not recommend this company enough. “For my first order the products arrived promptly and are of great quality. I was so impressed I ordered some more (high line chrome pull out baskets). I was sent the wrong size. As soon as I raised this with the company they responded immediately and replaced them. A great firm to deal with. 5 stars from me.”

“I got these sliding baskets over four years ago. As I recall, delivery and service were second to none. No big problems fitting them (although I am an experienced carpenter); just ensure the cupboard door opens 90° absolute minimum. They're still as good as the day I fitted them, would definitely use these people again.”
