“Terrible experience. First sink arrived in pieces (see photo). Number of delays with delivery of replacement and when it finally arrived it was the wrong one! Right-hand drain instead of left!! So my kitchen remains unfinished and upside down for the last couple of weeks. Hopefully they offer a suitable response Monday morning”

“Second time I have used Kitchen Fittings Direct following a recent house move. Excellent quality of chrome wire basket. Good price with very fast and efficient service. Highly recommend.”

“Arrived within 3 days both times. There was no additional packaging on the wire baskets except for the cardboard box that it's in, so the lower wires on one of mine had become bent in transit. The main frame is strong though and unlikely to bend. Since it was at the back, I decided to pull them back into shape rather than send it back and reorder.”

“I installed 6 chrome baskets into existing cupboards increasing the amount of storage space and accessability. The baskets are good quality and relativity easy to fit. I made a template for the fixing holes making it much easier to drill the holes. Care was needed to avoid existing door hinges.”
