I could not recommend this company highly enough. I spoke with Hugh by phone and he gave me a status update on my order and suggested a better product for my needs. When I called to the store, I was bowled over by how professional their customer service was and the can-do attitude that Hugh displayed. The items were exactly as displayed on the site and were perfect for my project. The showroom is a veritable treasure trove of ideas.
