The delivery was very prompt. The taps were very well wrapped. We were replacing quite expensive Franke taps. The ones we chose are much cheaper and it shows from how the water comes out of the tap - lots of splashing and the cold water doesn't cuyt off straight away. A pity - but it was our choice to get a cheaper item. Thanks anyway.
