Courtesy and speed of delivery was excellent. I have deducted one star because I feel the advisor didn't really have a good enough understanding of the product but he did go and get one off the shelf and measure it for me and send me photographs by email that he had taken of it which I feel is almost beyond the Call of Duty and excellent service. The product has turned out to be perfectly suitable and of an acceptable quality.
