I ordered 3 grey painted metal drawer boxes. I was sent 3 grey bare metal drawer slides. There was a code number mix up or a stock mix up , but the ones sent would not look out of place on a battleship, never mind a bedside unit that they were to be used for. The order was eventually sorted out (staff very helpful despite the initial suggestion I had ordered the battleship slides) & the grey painted boxes were sent within 24 hours. Happy now!!
