I ordered on the website - soft close hinges and followed up with a phone call. The agent I spoke with was so accommodating and said that he would get them out to me straight away. I am delighted to say that I received the package the next day - I work in a service industry and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with their service and efficiency. Thanks to all in Kitchen Fittings Direct - definitely recommend to all.
