Really pleased with the item I purchased, good price and good quality. However the delivery firm wasn’t quite so good- firstly they tried to deliver it without giving me any notice (no one was at home), and when they delivered on the second attempt, the driver simply left the item (a large double sink and drainer) on a pallet on the garden path. He refused to carry it in the house and left my heavily pregnant wife with it to deal with.
