I've had a really good experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the incorrect number of door knobs and was able to speak with an agent about the shortfall (a rare treat these days!). He corrected the order before it went out and made sure that the correct number of knobs arrived in one batch. He was absolutely excellent and I would highly recommend this company.
