I was very impressed with the quality and robustness of the larder unit which I purchased. Also, the handling of the order, speed of delivery etc were very good. Two criticisms: (1) The installation instructions could be improved considerably - very small print, and the diagrams should be bigger (2) I ran into a problem with the door leaning out at the top. I contacted your sales department and had an exchange of correspondence with Hugh, who I am sorry to say was most unhelpful, and did not seem to have any knowledge whatsoever of the product. Eventually I solved the problem myself
