Used the shelves before in other cupboards and find them easy to instal. This latest one is carrying a heavy casserole and other stuff and slides in and out effortlessly. The product is good quality although a tad expensive but does seem to last I've had them in use for a couple of years. Notice you now supply a stainless steel base version which is a good idea
