We are buying tapes and shrinkwrapped rolls every months from them. They have sent bad quality tapes and we compliant them, they denied send replacement straight way and they want to investigate first. And there is no time limit for investigation. And we stuck with bad quality tapes.
Very disappointing customer service, they lost 5 years old customer.
Their concentration is only selling not customer service.
