Kite packaging uses delivery couriers who are extremely poor. They do not follow delivery instructions at all. This essentially means orders get lost and aren't delivered on the day we require them. Kite's customer support team are not at all helpful and extremely rude as well. There are way better and cheaper packaging companies out there which you'll find with a bit of research. It's best to save your time and hassle and stay away from Kite.
