I have received the ABSOLUTE worse customer care with Kiwi that I have ever received from any company in my life ever. I have been wanting to manage my booking with Ryanair over an extremely urgent matter and which Ryanair have said they can help me with. However, Kiwi has the most ridiculous procedures in place - when I purchased a Ryanair booking through them they generated a random email on my behalf and used this to complete my booking. Now, in order for me to manage my booking with Ryanair I have to pass the security check, which I do in ALL aspects other than the email which Kiwi generated for me. After contacting Kiwi MANY MANY MANY times in order to obtain this random email which they generated ON MY BEHALF, they have come back to me all times and said that they cannot give me the details I request in order to pass MY OWN security check with Ryanair. Honestly, this is the most APPAULING service I have ever received in my life and I do not know how they run a business with such POOR logistics. I will NEVER in my life use Kiwi again, I doubt they will be in business for much longer to be honest and I wish they would stop conducting business within this industry. I have nothing but extreme negative feedback in regards to Kiwi. They are APPAULING.
