Appalling service ,flights cancelled in march due to covid ,still no refund . Communication is so poor they just tell you the same thing over and over again " we are dealing with your request " load of absolute tosh they dont give a flying fig about you or the money you have lost . Part of the holiday was booked with "Secret Escapes " and they refunded within a month of flights being cancelled so would definitely book with secret escapes again but never ever again would I go with Kiwi.com they should rename themselves Kiwi.conðŸ˜
