Sold me a flight that did not exist and I was told when doing the check in that the flight ceased to operate 2 months before my departure. Tried to contact the company for 3 hrs.
The worst customer service ever, their agents have very poor english and experience
Very stressful and very hard to try to speak to a Supervisor, endless promises of a call back which never happened. Had to repeat my pronlem to 10 different agents.
Dont understand how they are still operating.
