I have been waiting for 11 months now for my refund and all the customer service seem to give me is more excuses and asking for "a little bit more patience" from me. ELEVEN MONTHS.
What really annoys me more than anything is that initially their estimated time of refund was 90 days, but they also offer a refund accelerator service for about a £20 fee and they promise to process your refund faster. They even scammed an extra £20 and 11 months later still nothing.
This agency should not be allowed to operate. SCAM.
