Unhappy customer
Had my flights cancelled last March due to Covid. Requested a refund, or even a part refund, all requests answered with same banal email saying they will get back to me. Over a year since I bought the tickets, not a penny of a refund or any acknowledgement whatsoever. Total scumbags. Email is only source of contact, all ignored. Should not be in operation
