Leaving 1 star only beause I cannot leave 0. At that point, I am extremely disappointed as a customer. Not only that the cancellation was not my fault and when I asked for refund I had no access to my credentials so I can contact Ryanair for proper refund, but also Kiwi refused to refund me using my bank account and forcing me to book another flight with them. That is a great example of a very poor service and I will make sure to leave an appropriate feedback of their customer service. It is a shame not only that they do not provide their customers with at least 50% refund, but they also refuse to give them their money back, unless they use your terrible and unsatisfying service again. Worst company experience ever. AVOID!
