It is a scam! After my flight got cancelled, they still sold tickets for it. They sold tickets for a flight that did not exist anymore, after they e-mailed the customers themselves that it got cancelled (the company website, for example, did not have the flight listed anymore, since they cancelled it).
We payed extra to have access to phone support and it was useless! All that the agents did was tell me to check the website, and they did not answer a single question I asked, nor did they help me with my issue.
In case of a cancelled flight they do not offer you many options to change it, and the refund will come in 3 months (they say).
Do not use kiwi.
