appalling service. They tell me they have already received my refund from the airline (3 months ago) but I just have to wait for them to process it, while they sit on the funds. As above, I'm expecting only a partial refund although this was never mentioned by them when I was given the option to either have a voucher (so glad I didn't opt fort that one) or apply for a refund from the airline through Kiwi. I will never ever touch them with a bargepole again.
