My flight was cancelled due to pandemic, and I requested for a refund, however did not get it yet. I contacted the airlines and was told that the refund was already made, however Kiwi.com says that there is no refund made yet. Totally dissatisfied with their service and don’t know whom to contact to ask for help. Do not ever buy tickets from them, better pay more but be safe. The worst experience ever
