1) Once my flight was canceled and Kiwi said they need 3 months to process the refund. 8 months later after multiple reminders, I requested a chargeback from my bank. Thanks to my bank I got my money back but Kiwi never refunded anything 2) Now one of my flights is cancelled (inbound), and Kiwi prosposed alternatives. Not only alternatives cost +1500$, but also they all have a stopover in the US which I can't have due to lack of visa. At the same time there are multiple other (non-US stopover) options on the main search, but Kiwi doesn't allow me to choose one! Customer support is responsive. Awful serice. It was the last time I tried it. And I do not recommend it to anyone.
